Caterpillar Inc. is the world’s leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, off-highway diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines and diesel-electric locomotives. We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Large Power Systems team to support Caterpillar large engine production at our Kiel facility.
Act as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits, etc.
What You Have (Key Skills/Experience Required):
Comprehensive expertise in works constitution, social security, and labor law, including the application of collective agreements—ideally within the metal and electrical industries
What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):
We are back! This role requires being in the office five days a week.
Note - Relocation is offered with this role.
A valid work permit or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
