What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Leadership: Providing guidance, direction, and support to team members.
- Career Development: Engages team members in career and personal growth opportunities within their current and future positions within GM.
- Develop software in c++.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop solutions to problems encountered during development.
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- 5+ years experience in C++ applications development
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
- Ability to communicate effectively assignments both written and verbally.
- Ability to summarize complex problems and communicate the problems to teams or management that have a different set of technical abilities.
- Ability to prioritize task and project manage.
- Ability to develop multiple individuals on a team based on their current skills and behaviors to balance team goals and individual growth.

- Experience developing applications in C++ from ground up.
