We are looking for Brand Manager to support our growth by driving brand initiatives and ensuring alignment with Henkel’s global standards.
As the Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Schwarzkopf Professional Coloration brands and the Salon Tools category through impactful campaign planning, effective portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and be an integral member of the marketing team. This role is essential for ensuring that Schwarzkopf Professional’s global guidelines are effectively localized, delivering consistent brand messaging while meeting local market needs. You’ll work closely with hairdressers and end consumers, building our brand presence and maximizing market potential.
What you´ll do
- Campaign Planning & Implementation: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns aligned with global standards, tailored for hairdresser professionals and end consumers.
- Product Forecasting: Anticipate and manage product demand, working closely with Supply Chain to ensure timely availability and alignment.
- Product Portfolio Management: Maintain the Schwarzkopf Professional Coloration product portfolio as well as Salon Tools, supporting product launches, rebranding, or discontinuation in accordance with global and local strategies.
- Global to Local Strategy: Implement Schwarzkopf Professional’s global brand guidelines locally, ensuring brand integrity while adapting to specific regional needs and market dynamics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Education, Supply Chain, and Customer Excellence teams to ensure a cohesive brand strategy and alignment on all initiatives.
- Market Insights & Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to refine campaigns and inform product strategy.
