What you’ll do
As Global Pilot Plant Intern, you will:
- Gain hands-on experience in a Pilot Plant using mixers to conduct experiments, processing trials for new and existing Henkel Products
- Work closely with Pilot Plant staff in coordinating with Product Development and Manufacturing sites in scaling new products
- Conducting experiments, processing trials, and performing a variety of technical procedures in the development of new and existing products
- Planning and executing tests of new formulations to ensure products can be manufactured at-scale
- Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating ideas from manufacturing to improve or develop new functionality within materials management or production planning
