Who we’re looking for
Toyota Financial Services’ Product Management team is seeking a passionate and highly motivated VPP Product Analyst for the Prepaid Maintenance programs. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and optimizing our vehicle protection products that deliver exceptional value and peace of mind to our customers. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will support the Product Management team’s mission to innovate and enhance our offerings, driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the analysis and reporting of product performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the field team by being the primary point of contact for questions related to prepaid maintenance for Toyota, Lexus, Mazda, and Wayshield brands.
- Collaborate with vendors, marketing, sales, compliance, IT, and operations teams to align product strategies with customer needs and business goals.
- Partners with Toyota, Lexus, and Mazda divisions to grow prepaid maintenance sales.
- Support the development and launch of new products, product features, and initiatives that increase customer engagement and retention through competitive analysis and field/customer feedback.
- Contribute to strategic planning sessions by providing insights that influence product roadmap and business priorities.
- Other special projects as assigned by manager or senior manager.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree that provides a strong foundation in business, finance, analytics, or a related field; or 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar field and/or industry
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Added bonus if you have
- Familiarity with Hyperion, HOST, Tableau
