About your role:
Fiserv provides end-to-end print manufacturing, personalization, fulfillment, and packaging services for financial services clients, delivering high-quality output at scale. You will lead a print production facility team responsible for meeting customer SLAs, maintaining product quality, and driving operational efficiency across offset, digital, and finishing workflows.
What you’ll do:
- Lead day-to-day operations of a print production facility through supervisors, setting priorities to meet volume, quality, and on-time delivery targets.
- Drive production planning, scheduling, and capacity management to meet contractual and legal obligations while minimizing overtime and operational expenditure.
- Implement and refine standard operating procedures, maintenance plans, and workforce allocation to optimize equipment uptime and throughput.
- Own product quality and accountability: monitor external defects, manage incident reports, enforce client service level agreements, and escalate liability issues when required.
- Manage performance and development of direct reports through coaching, feedback, and performance management processes.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal functions (quality, maintenance, logistics) to resolve production issues and improve service.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen/5S) to reduce waste, improve yield, and lower cost-per-work-unit.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in the print environment; maintain accurate production and compliance records.

- 3+ years of experience in quality management and regulatory compliance for print operations, including ISO 9001, statistical process control, and secure document handling.
- 6+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Hands-on experience with high-speed offset presses (e.g., Heidelberg, Komori) and digital presses (e.g., HP Indigo, FujiFilm).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar continuous improvement certification.
- Familiarity with print MIS platforms such as EFI Fiery, EFI Radius, or PrintVis and integration with ERP systems (SAP).
- Experience in safety and regulatory compliance for production environments (e.g., OSHA standards).
- Experience managing secure or financial-document printing operations, including chain-of-custody and secure handling procedures.
