Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Digital Integration Project Management Specialist to join the Space Launch System (SLS) program in Huntsville, AL.
Boeing is seeking a delivery-focused Data Analytics & Digital Integrator to lead cross-functional analytics projects, perform hands-on coding, and accelerate adoption of new technology across the program. This role combines project leadership, stakeholder engagement, data engineering/analytics, and emerging-AI capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Position Responsibilities:
Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project
Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers
Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders
Facilitates workshops and supports training for program, engineering, and business teams on analytics and AI fundamentals, responsible use, and tooling
Performs coding for data transformation, ETL, analytics, and dashboards
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years’ professional experience in analytics, data engineering, data science, or related fields
3+ years’ experience leading projects or delivering cross-functional analytics workstreams
Experience building dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business or science related field
Experience in the implementation and use of Program Management Best Practices
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives
Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Experience in Space Programs
Work Location:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
NASA Access:
This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: USD $90,950 – $123,050
