Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and clients, providing insights on program performance. Establish program management standards, methodologies, and reporting cadences.
- Support and develop the delivery strategy, in coordination with the Account Director and Account Leadership Team. Lead the development of programmatic standards, design and delivery of mobility infrastructure projects guided by client and ABM strategic objectives.
- Develop and confirm technical and functional specifications by developing clear scope statements, standards and innovations appropriate for client use cases. Manage integration of emerging mobility technologies into ABM’s service offerings
- Oversee requirements validation, site design and project deployment of EV charging solutions and related infrastructure across client sites.
- Establish program-level safety requirements and governance frameworks to mitigate risks during construction and deployment activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to integrate safety protocols into project planning and execution.
- Direct real estate due diligence processes for property acquisition and site readiness.
- Optimize resource allocation across multiple projects and geographies.
- Deliver executive-level dashboards and performance metrics to monitor progress and outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in program management, deployment, and operations within facilities management, mobility, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in site due diligence, EV charging infrastructure implementation, and mobility industry trends.
- Familiarity with emerging mobility technologies (e.g., EV hardware and software, autonomous vehicles, smart infrastructure).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of program and portfolio management methodologies (PMBOK, SAFe, or similar).
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Proficiency in PPM tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).
Preferred Qualification:
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for EV infrastructure and mobility solutions.
- Certification in PMP, PgMP, or equivalent.
Pay: $122,800 - $226,200
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful
applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
