Working as part of a small team during product development, part and drawing creation, drawing release, and drawing change incorporation

Creatively apply mechanical engineering knowledge to efficiently solve complex design problems and make sound and rationale data oriented technical conclusions.

Providing factory and supplier support domestically and internationally
-
Collaborating with senior external personnel on significant technical matters requiring coordination within and between organizations

This position will require interfacing with other mechanical engineers, designers, and structural / thermal analysts, as well as engineers from other disciplines, along with customers and program management
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)

Experience using CAD software, such as CREO or equivalent
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) and CREO Modelling tools

Understanding of electronics packaging, radar antenna design, or precision systems through class projects, professional internships, or academic research

Efficient and disciplined process execution behaviors coupled with agility of thought and knowledge of how to appropriately tailor processes to fit the task

Demonstrates ability to apply academic engineering knowledge to solve design issues

Understanding of the mechanical engineering design processes

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
