What you´ll do
- Participate in the Prepare and Discovery phase to gain background on the country requirements, policies and regulations to align with the team in preparation for Go-Live. Provide support in in testing, deployment testing preparation and actual deployment for all project implementations. Providing support in data cutover activities during parallel and go-live and eventually provide a bigger ownership of the cutover tasks. Identification, consolidation and creation of standard reports and custom reports Perform troubleshooting and coordinate and escalate technical issues which need next level support Provide day-to-day technical support on system usage and assist with the identification of errors that can impact the integrity of the data in the system. Work closely with various stakeholder to resolve HR System issues, test, and ensure that the solutions are viable and consistent. Provide advice to the HR organization when reviewing current processes, enhancements, and improvements. Ensure that the data maintained in the system is accurate and secured. Maintain and regularly update all application related technical, support and knowledge documentation. Perform routine reporting to check the quality and integrity of the data in the HR system. Participate in testing of future releases and upgrades of the HR System.
