About this Position This role is responsible for supporting HR system implementations and ongoing operations, including testing, deployment, and data cutover activities. It involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining data accuracy, and collaborating with HR and IT teams to resolve system challenges and enhance processes. The position also manages reporting, system upgrades, integrations, and configurations while ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements and maintaining secure, accurate system data.
What you´ll do
- Participate in the Prepare and Discovery phases to understand country‑specific requirements, policies, and regulations, ensuring alignment with the project team toward a successful Go‑Live
- Support testing activities—including test preparation, deployment testing, and execution—for all system implementation projects
- Assist in data cutover activities during parallel runs and Go‑Live, gradually taking on broader ownership of cutover tasks
- Identify, consolidate, and develop both standard and custom Dayforce reports aligned with business and HR needs
- Troubleshoot system issues, escalate technical concerns requiring higher support, and ensure data integrity across all HR modules
- Provide daily technical support to end users, working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve HR system issues and validate effective, consistent solutions
- Advise HR partners on process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices; maintain accurate, secure system data and ensure all technical and support documentation remains up to date
