What you´ll do
- Processing of Global Support tasks and other specialized activities.
- Handle CSS and other supporting tasks
- Serve as primary contact person in resolving process-related issues and provide support during critical working days.
- Liaise with counterparts and Global Business and Customer Support Group to resolve disputes/issues
- Develop and implement new ideas and process enhancements to current process scope
