Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Guidance and Support:
Provide expert guidance to Franchise and Product Managers regarding the Patient Access Program (PAP) concept document and SOP.
Assist in training and educating teams on PAP issue handling and resolution processes to ensure smooth operation.
Vendor Performance Oversight:
Oversee the performance and efficacy of PAP vendors, ensuring they meet established service levels and deliverables.
Develop and maintain monthly reporting templates to track key performance indicators, including:
Request and analyze monthly written reports and statistical updates on program status from vendors.
Stakeholder Engagement:
SOP Ownership and Auditing:
Act as the PAP Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) owner and overall process owner, ensuring that the SOP is updated and adhered to.
Serve as the primary point of contact during audits related to the PAP, ensuring that all necessary documentation and evidence are readily available and compliant with internal standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, and Marketing, to ensure that all aspects of the PAP are compliant with regulatory standards.
Continuous Improvement for access solutions:
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Core skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience: Project management and vendor management experience preferred
