岗位职责:
一、团队管理与赋能
1.负责EGS团队的日常管理,包括人员招聘、任务分配、绩效考核、职业发展规划,打造高凝聚力、高执行力的团队;
2.统筹团队工作优先级,合理调配资源,解决团队在流程执行中遇到的复杂问题,确保团队高效完成各部门活动流程支持需求。
3.通过定期的会议和培训,针对公司合规政策、流程管理、跨部门沟通等内容进行沟通培训,持续提升团队成员专业能力与合规意识;
二、跨部门流程统筹与支持
1.对接内外部项目相关负责人,带领团队推进项目全流程管理,确保项目流程合规、高效完成;
2.协调解决跨部门协作中的重大卡点问题,建立常态化沟通机制,同步活动流程进度,持续提升支持效率;
三、流程体系搭建与优化
1.搭建并持续完善EGS团队项目流程管理体系,制定标准化流程规范、确保 EGS团队 流程执行的统一性、合规性与高效性;
2.定期复盘团队工作及流程执行数据,收集各部门反馈,识别流程冗余、效率瓶颈等问题,提出流程优化方案,联动各个部门持续进行流程优化及效率提升;
四、合规管理
严格遵守公司合规政策,确保团队负责的所有活动流程以及相关文件均符合合规要求,杜绝任何违规风险。
