Job Description:
Individual contributor who is a developing subject matter expert, who works independently with minimal supervision. Develops actionable insights for improving medical education strategies and delivering targeted and differentiated training programs for medical professionals and healthcare organizations. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of professional medical education practices and company product technologies in order to coordinate procedural demonstrations and product application training for medical professionals, healthcare providers, strategic partners, and relevant stakeholders.
Contributes to the creation of modifications and improvements to education and training programs that address educational gaps among medical professionals and aligned with company objectives.
Develops strategy for implementing cutting-edge digital technologies and content delivery methods that improve product understanding, enable safe and efficacious use, and enhance the overall medical professional customer experience.
Applies highly developed knowledge of professional medical education practices to inform the execution and improvement of education plans, training programs, and content delivery methods that support corporate marketing and branding strategies.
Coordinates external product demonstrations and provides informative technical support at professional medical conferences, organization-sponsored symposia, and healthcare provider seminars.
Serves as a developing subject matter expert on professional education programs and provides insight regarding the sustainability of medical education initiatives, innovative learning systems, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Assists the development of industry leading key performance indicators that monitor, track, and evaluate the effectiveness of education plan improvements and training program modifications.
Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
