B2B Sales. This is higher level sales management that requires the same sort of skills as project management. We tend to look for military leaders that have inate ability to engage with clients, sort out and clearly understand their issues, and then communicate internally to provide solutions from our portfolio of products and services. Teamwork is a must as you would be apart of a larger team to drive sales.
Sales offers the greatest upside potential and future opportunities. Folks that do very well in sales have strong future potential as it takes strong management skills, communication and allows you to understand the key technical functions that lead to sales. Every business is fundamentally about SALES.
