Responsibility:
- Supervises individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Leads significantly complex projects of strategic importance, involving cross-functional teams, to drive direction of the organization's overall Product Management strategy. Implements product enhancements based on consumer and stakeholder requirements. Integrates new methodologies, best practices, and business models to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Supervises individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
- Coordinates processes for the Product Management team and develops the product positioning strategy and product roadmaps.
- Evaluates new Product Management initiatives and delegates action items for successful completion.
- Executes a market segmentation strategy that incorporates customer requirements and business expectations.
- Directs team priorities and activities to develop innovations, features, and product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.
