Job Description:
Develop forward looking insight about market trends that shape future strategies
Corporate Strategy:
Analyze external trends and key implications to overall MedTech industry
Orchestrate management discussion to discuss evolving opportunities and challenges, strategic agenda and formulate strategies
PMO: Lead project management efforts of prioritized strategic initiatives. Mobilize enterprise resources to drive progress and deliverables. Engage and influence leaders for change management and decision-making. Conduct dashboard tracking to review progress and escalate critical issues.
Business Strategy:
Generate external insight about market trends, competitive landscape, market segmentation, customer insight and regulatory environment pertaining to specific product platforms or franchises.
Talent Management and Development:
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from top-ranked university
- Overseas MBA preferred
- 8+ years of work experience in corporate strategy / management consulting with track records of outstanding performance and progression. Commercial experiences / expertise in specific domains are pluses.
Business Leadership:
- Robust business acumen in managing commercial operations and driving business growth
- Exceptional leadership to propel project execution, with ability to navigate complex context
- Strong communication and influence skills across commercial team and regional/global stakeholders
- Excellent people management skills; highly-effective in steering project teams and in developing talent
- Strong team mentality with collaborative mindset
Strategy and Analytics:
- Solid strategic thinking and problem-solving, with ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into frameworks
