We are looking for a
Business Engineer
(based in SWEP Sweden/Landskrona)
As a Business Engineer, you will:
- Interact with customers at all levels and work in partnership to translate needs into actions. Act as SWEP representative at customers, exhibitions, conferences, seminars and relevant events
- Execute product selection and quoting to support our market representatives
- Commercial and advanced technical support for all types of SWEP customers, such as selections optimized from both technical and commercial aspects, thermodynamic calculations, customizing and claim processes
- Provide internal and external training in selection software program and in own field of expertise
- Evaluation of requests for material specifications and certifications: Lead and drive the admin work to ensure the information is provided and verified to meet customer requirements
- Be responsible and lead quality audits, supporting customers' visits at SWEP
- Self-driven in customer and market research
- Participate in SWEP internal projects, and projects related to dedicated customers and act as a project leader when applicable and required
- Participate in implementing the setup of new products
- Keep up to date with new trends and technological developments in the market to continuously maintain and grow your business acumen and knowledge
We are looking for candidates ideally demonstrating:
- Analytical skills and good communication skills
- Self-driven and commercial/business-oriented skills
- Ability to create and develop networks, both internal and external
- Ability to manage and lead projects and processes
- Some experience in a position with knowledge in heat transfer, thermodynamics and relevant applications
You need to be fluent in English and Swedish language.
Fluency speaking in French/Italian/Spanish language is an advantage.
We also expect you are:
- Result driven
- Independent
- Solution driven
You should also have:
- University degree or comparable education in technical engineering
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
