Job Description:
The Nordic Field Force & Business Intelligence Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across customer-facing teams. With a primary focus on Field Force Excellence (70%) and complementary Business Intelligence responsibilities (30%), this role supports data-driven decision-making, performance optimization, and tactical planning. The role will partner closely with brand teams and BI colleagues to deliver actionable insights and enhance field force effectiveness.
Field Force Excellence (70%)
Oversee the development and execution of incentive schemes and performance tracking for the commercial organization with 3rd party vendor
Support Brand teams in optimal target allocation through models and scenario testing
Develop and maintain KPIs to measure competitive customer engagement and field force performance.
Drive customer segmentation initiatives and support account management processes.
Provide FFE analytics ecosystem solutions in collaboration with Local Reporting Partner
Deliver monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards to local teams and senior management
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to field force performance, including sales data and operational metrics. Provide recommendations and advisories to Brand and Leadership teams
Support field teams in interpreting data and translating insights into action.
Collaborate on strategic initiatives such as product launches and customer-centric projects with FFE and CRM partner at EMEA level.
Business Intelligence (30%)
Act as a business partner to selected therapeutic area(s) (TAs), providing insights through analytics, reporting, and forecasting.
Coordinate patient and unit-based forecasting processes and ensure alignment with local and regional tools.
Liaise with Nordic and EMEA BI networks to share best practices and ensure compliance.
Support market research and competitive intelligence efforts in related TA in collaboration with BI colleagues
