Regulatory Compliance Analyst
About the Job
The Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing compliance risk and executing the regulatory compliance goals for a prepaid debit portfolio. This role will plan and execute monitoring and testing activities, conduct compliance risk assessments, assess new state and federal regulations for applicability and impact, and act as a trusted subject matter expert to the business.
What you will do
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including EFTA/Regulation E, GLBA/Regulation P, E-Sign, TCPA, and state-specific requirements.
- Assist in executing compliance monitoring and testing activities.
- Review and analyze consumer complaints for trends and escalate issues as needed.
- Track regulatory changes and support updates to policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory examinations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on compliance obligations.
- Support compliance training programs for employees and business partners.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of compliance, risk management, or regulatory experience in a financial institution or fintech environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop AI tools
What would be great to have:
- Familiarity with consumer protection regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Experience supporting a prepaid debit program
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range
$55,000.00 - $90,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
