Supports initiatives to address site priorities. Collaborates with DT teams on the site DT framework and digitalization of processes.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and managing business & technology projects and processes aimed at improving the effectiveness of the site.
Manages schedule, budget and integration of projects, including customer CTQs.
Coordinates metrics and dashboards,.
Coordinates cross-functional initiatives to address site priorities.
Owns key site processes including Onboarding, Remote work, AI chatbot, Documents circulation and digital signatures, and other as prioritized by the site leadership.
Collaborates with DT teams on the site DT framework and digitalization of processes.
Integrates site operations processes with a broader company framework.
Influences the development of strategy for the area of responsibility.
Handles complex tasks or problems. Drives problem solving and continuous improvement.
Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
May lead functional teams.
Effectively communicates complex concepts and recommended solutions to the site / functional leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Polish.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and present data.
Ability to plan, document and execute processes.
Desired Characteristics
Knowledge in programing and data bases.
Experience in design engineering.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
