What you´ll do
- Assist with various Purchase to Pay tasks, such as reporting, quality checking, and email management, to ensure the smooth operation of the process
- Perform quality checks to ensure accurate invoice postings, including identifying and resolving duplicate postings, verifying automatic postings and conducting attachment checks
- Manage the downloading and validation of control data, ensuring it meets the required quality standards and is accurate for reporting purposes
- Handle incoming emails related to the process, ensuring prompt and efficient responses and managing any queries that arise
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline the process workflow
- Support the coordination and scheduling of team meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items to ensure meetings are productive and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
