Role Definition:
We are seeking a results-driven Digitalization Specialist to join CCMC focusing on leveraging data analytics and digital solutions to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and deliver digital transformation initiatives for office automation. This role will be responsible for developing digital platforms, optimizing workflows, and building digital assets to support CCMC’s strategic digitalization goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities and implement solutions across business processes.
- Lead the development of digital platforms, including Project Portfolio Management Platform and Capex Lifecycle Digital Management Platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and standards.
- Design and deliver digital solutions to simplify core business processes, providing end-to-end digitalization support for process simplification initiatives.
- Drive the implementation of CCMC Office Automation 2.0, leveraging insights from CCMC Digital Club and China OA best practices to enhance workplace efficiency.
- Develop and maintain CCMC Knowledge Library 1.0, building a centralized digital repository for organizational knowledge and best practices.
- Identify and develop additional digital platforms as needed to address emerging digitalization needs within CCMC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, finance, IT) to gather requirements, test digital solutions, and ensure successful adoption of new platforms.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related engineering field.
- 3+ years of experience in digitalization, data analytics, or platform development, with a focus on process automation or enterprise software solutions.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power Platform, Tableau…) and experience translating data insights into actionable operational improvements.
- Solid understanding of office automation (OA) systems and best practices, with hands-on experience in OA platform development or optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop digital platforms/solutions for process simplification and lifecycle management (e.g., Capex, project portfolio).
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry processes and digital transformation trends is a plus.
Additional information
- The position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
