Role Overview
As a Budtender, you’ll provide great customer service, share product knowledge, assist with inventory, and help create the welcoming experience Juniper is known for.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a positive, professional attitude
- Provide accurate product recommendations and information
- Process sales using our POS system
- Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies
- Restock and organize product and merchandise
- Keep the sales floor clean and inviting
- Build rapport with customers and support a strong community atmosphere
What we are looking for
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- POS and cash-handling experience preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus
- Appreciation for Montana’s outdoor and community-driven lifestyle
