About the Role
The Partner Strategy and Business Development team in the Global Partner Organization, leads strategy, planning and business development for the partner business at Workday. We define and execute our strategy with leaders across the business; lead strategic partner relationships; and deliver sizable, net-new revenue growth with partners.
This Director role for the Workday Marketplace is a leader of the Marketplace program at Workday. This role is responsible for delivering new capabilities within the Workday Marketplace, and revenue targets shared with the Partner Innovation team. A successful leader in this role will have had experience designing and delivering new products and product capabilities; leading cross-functional teams; and achieving ambitious revenue targets. They will show demonstrable skills in leading complex corporate programs and business development initiatives. They will have strong executive presence, excellent facilitation skills, and exhibit ownership and accountability.

About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years leading program management or business development initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience working for a SaaS or Cloud Service Provider product or sales organization.
- 5+ years of working as partner development or partner management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading Marketplace programs at SaaS companies or Cloud Service Providers.
- Experience in Sales and Partner business development, operations or programs.
- Experience designing and launching new products or platforms to customers or partners.
- Ability to frame, structure and deliver large and complex corporate programs.
- Consistent record of exceeding targets and customer impact.
- Ability to engage with executives, facilitate business development, identify large-scale greenfield opportunities, and deliver business and revenue outcomes.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills.
