About this Position As a Product Development Engineer, you will be an integral part of our organization, contributing to the success of various projects through effective collaboration and leveraging your unique skill set while advancing your career. You will work on developing innovative paste and film products, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with our business strategy, while collaborating with global teams and driving technical excellence.
What you´ll do
- Lead the development of new paste and film products, ensuring alignment with innovation goals, customer needs, and overall business strategy
- Analyze technical data, market trends, customer feedback, and competitive benchmarks to define development priorities
- Manage scale-up activities, including pilot trials and transfer to mass production
- Coordinate development projects with Japan and global teams (China, North America, and Korea)
- Prepare validation plans, conduct testing, and ensure product manufacturability prior to commercial release
- Drive cross-functional problem-solving, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions
- Create and maintain technical documentation, and clearly communicate risks, progress, and decisions to stakeholders
- Execute the AME PDE regional strategy in alignment with global PDE leadership
