职位： 发动机工程师实习生
工作地点： 卡特彼勒技术研发（中国）有限公司- 无锡
工作责任/职包括但不限于以下内容：
- 学习并帮助工程师完成发动机相关测试。
- 支持工程师完成发动机测试计划，数据分析，优化并解决测试相关问题。
- 支持新机型或产品的研发。
必须具备的能力：
- 本科或以上关于内燃机，数据分析或相关专业。
- 具有创造力，并乐于接受挑战和承受压力。
- 具有较好的沟通能力。
- 具有较好自我驱动并具有开放心态。
- 具有动手能力。
