Manager, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Operations – AMP (Art & Metadata)
The Manager, DTC Operations,AMP,is responsible forthe end-to-end managementof Artwork andmetadataforDTC titlestoDisney+in EMEA. This role oversees the creation, coordination, and delivery of all required assets within the Art & Metadata pipeline, acrossthedifferent workstreams, including EMEA local Originals, Acquisition content, NationalGeographicandSports. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, resource planning,cross-teamcollaborationandensuringtimely, cost-effective production of digital assets to support the company’s Direct-to-Consumer services.
They will interact with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited toglobal AMPteams, EMEACreative Operations,territory Marketing teams,regionalprogramming, and other members of the Distribution Ops team and will play a key role in managinginternal and external vendors.The manager willbe requiredto manage other team membersanddemonstratean understanding of all workflowsand requirementas part of DTC.
Thisperson and their teamoperateina highly complex,oftenhigh-pressuredenvironment. Theprovenability tooperateeffectivelyunder pressure is paramount.
Art & Metadata Project Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative Ops, local marketing teams,Production management,LondonHubandMerchandising) to ensure all art and design meet project requirements and align with brand guidelines.
Create, process, andmaintainoriginal descriptive metadata to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards
The Manager will work with the Senior Managerto decide on the mostappropriate vendorstrategybased on performance, cost,capacity,peopleandexpertise.
