- Support commercial alignment and contract negotiations, working in coordination with legal, commercial, and risk teams.
- Provide market intelligence on nuclear investment programmes, policy and regulatory developments, supply chain trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Mentor and support junior business development resources and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes within the nuclear business.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership within the civil nuclear, energy, infrastructure, or highly regulated industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of early-phase project development and the conversion of front-end studies into downstream engineering, procurement, construction, and programme delivery.
- Demonstrated experience working with public and private sector clients, complex stakeholders, and long-cycle capital projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate client challenges into compelling, value-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills at executive and programme levels.
- Experience operating effectively within a global, matrix organisation with diverse technical and cultural interfaces.
Experience & Background
- A relevant number of years’ experience, with flexibility for exceptionally strong candidates.
- Background may include sales leadership, business development, project development, commercial management, or senior technical-commercial roles within nuclear or adjacent sectors.
