OverallPurpose of the Role:
The positionis responsible forsupporting all aspects of digitalmarketingcampaignsforLucasfilm, Marvel Studiosand 20thCentury Studio titlesataRegionaland UKlevel. This will spanTheatrical release through toEHV and Pay 1windows;as well asStudioDTC Original Feature and Episodic releases.Whilstthe primary focus of the role will supportEMEA, theDigital Marketing Managerwillbe requiredtoalso supportUK activations & campaign elementsas relevant. The role will includedevelopment ofDigitalMarketingstrategy for EMEA, as well as managing material/contentcreation,localizationand rolloutplans.TheManagerwill alsobe requiredto build out an influencer strategy acrossallstudio releases.
A core component of the role will be to explore new influencer activation opportunitiesdevelopedat a regional level, collaborating with both social and PR teamsas well as supporting the role outandmanagement of Global/International influencer initiatives, in addition to executing paid influenceractivations tosupport the UK marketing campaigns.The role will work closely with all content developers both in market &withU.S. Global teams.
The role will also support the Publicity team during talent tours. TheManagerwillbe responsible fororigination and creation of all house materials (photography & AV) during premieres, as well as coordination and delivery of supporting digital assets for Disney owned social channels to be used in the UK, EMEA and globally. In addition, theMangerwillbe responsible forideation and logistical management of digital content capture during junkets.
TheDigital Marketing Manager will managerelevantday-to-day agencyrelationshipsincluding campaign briefs, ideationsessionsand creative material origination.
A key responsibilityincludesreportingand analysis ofthe abovetotheSenior Manager& Director as well as wider teams.
The Digital Marketing Manager will alsobe responsible formanaging their campaign budget, ensuring cost efficiencies are made where possible.
TheDigital Marketing Manager willworkclosely with the SeniorDigitalMarketingManager to ensure all efforts are aligned as per the directive of theStudioMarketing leadership. This role requiresclosecollaborationwithSocial, PR, marketing & partnerships teams to ensure cohesion and streamlining of campaigns. In addition, there is close liaison with DCVI, CSR, Music Group and other XLOBs on a regular basis. Maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure digital activity is aligned to business needs is vital.
TheManagerwillhave a Coordinator and Intern supporting themwiththeday-to-dayactivities and willbe responsible foroverseeing theircareer and personaldevelopment.
Developtheoverall campaign strategy& filmmaker presentations:
Develop and provide campaign materials (Images, AV andsocial):
Direct and supportdigital marketingcampaigns across the EMEA markets:
Help organize and overseespecial events
Initiate digital press opportunities, such as virtual junkets, live streams, junkets, premieres,content creatoreventsetc.
Lead and deliver material capture from talent tours (generic interviews, photography, B-roll, event sizzles) in-line with defined budget
Disney.xx& Ticketing Sites
Work closely with the globaldigital,publicityandlocalisationteams in Los Angeles
Work with the senior management
Create and deliver campaigndigital marketing strategy, deckspresentations for filmmaker meetings, Disney Executives, etc.
Maintain relationshipswith the other lines of business:
