About the Team
Our Operations Enablement & Automation team partners with Operations Services (OS) business lines to drive strategic transformation across end‑to‑end processes. We act as trusted advisors—guiding discovery, consulting on opportunities, and delivering technology‑enabled solutions that improve efficiency and operational excellence.
As a Business Technology Analyst, you will serve as the key connection point between business stakeholders and internal/external product teams. We operate as a full lifecycle solutions team, leading requirements, design, development coordination, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of the automations we deliver.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will combine business insight with technical acumen to identify needs, shape automation solutions, and drive successful delivery. You will:
- Conduct research, analysis, and process reviews to identify automation opportunities and solution enhancements
- Facilitate discovery sessions and interviews with business users to understand requirements and upcoming needs
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development and product teams
- Coordinate development activities and lead testing efforts—including test planning, scheduling, issue tracking, and results reporting
- Prepare project documentation, status updates, and implementation plans
- Support problem resolution, evaluate releases, and ensure smooth deployment and adoption
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships, foster collaboration, and drive stakeholder alignment throughout delivery
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Eight or more years of hands‑on project management experience
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong ability to analyze business needs and facilitate discovery sessions, including agenda planning, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and testing practices
- Experience developing test plans, coordinating test schedules, and tracking test execution
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship‑building capabilities
- Proven problem‑solving strengths and experience collaborating in cross‑functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, navigate resistance, and drive outcomes
