Job Summary Details: The Office Clerk receives assistance requests from clients and customers, and assigns individuals and teams to respond to those requests.
Pay: $20.00 PER HOUR: The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on
applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
This position is Full Time Non-Union in Downtown Los Angeles Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors
- Complete Daily Financial Reports (SR’s & DR’s, etc.)
- Validate tickets for customers, prepare and sell validations, parking passes.
- Answer intercom calls to assist customers at the exits, dispatch supervisors as needed.
- JDE & PARCS key card maintenance and updates.
- Assist office manager in keeping daily reports up to date for accounting and revenue recon.
- Research backup for credit card chargebacks, accept monthly payments, create custom validation invoices for tenants, assist office manager with special requests as needed
- Assist with preparation and input of DR (daily reports) in JD Edwards.
- Interact with Tenants and Management daily.
- Communicate effectively with management team, bringing issues to their attention in a timely manner.
- Parking Access input in JDE and maintaining database up to date with users.
- Filing and maintain files, Answer telephones and emails daily
