What you´ll do
- The Human Resources Manager partners with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
- This role provides strategic and hands-on HR support across talent management, employee relations, organizational design, and change initiatives ensuring that local HR practices and initiatives are aligned to the global/regional HR strategy.
- As a culture guardian, demonstrate clear responsibility for shaping culture, for guarding leadership behaviour, and for being the voice of employees & building trust.
- Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
- Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment legislation.
- Support talent initiatives including succession planning, development, and organizational design.
- Lead and support change management and culture initiatives.
- Drive engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive and psychologically safe workplace culture.
- Strategically partner with various stakeholders and employees in providing day-to-day HR guidance while collaborating with the HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners and client groups.
- Ensure compliance with legislated requirements and timely governmental reporting.
- Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the workforce.
