As part of our Power Innovation team, the E&C Project Manager II is responsible for coordinating work efforts to ensure that projects are at the forefront of technology, integrating next-generation power generation, advanced control systems, and high-voltage infrastructure for hyperscale clients. Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Leads power infrastructure projects from concept through completion, with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget
- Understands engineering and construction standards to design and integrate power generation systems, high-voltage technologies, and control systems
- Understands project objectives with corporate strategy, evaluates economic impacts, and delivers solutions that maximize reliability and profitability
- Builds trust for seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction
- Identifies risks with forward thinking alternatives, and makes decisive calls to quickly resolve technical, contractual, and regulatory challenges
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree and minimum five (2) years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Preferred: Project Management Certification (PMP), Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Solid understanding of PLC/Stage-Gate processes and extensive experience with facility construction or operations in the oil and gas industry
