Job Summary
FreeWheel is looking for a Sr. Analyst to join our Global Reporting and Analytics team. The Global Reporting and Analytics team acts as strategic partners across the organization by helping stakeholders make fast-paced, data-driven decisions. This role is a vital component for FreeWheel's buyer-side business, which enables the most premium video inventory owners and buyers - such as TV Programmers, MVPDs, major digital media publishers, advertisers, and agencies - to drive successful business outcomes at scale. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams to uncover growth opportunities, identify product enhancements, and develop robust reporting solutions. The successful candidate will require excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically while being analytical and detail-oriented.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Develop optimized end-to-end data pipelines to support data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams and FreeWheel data consumers to monitor data model relevancy as products and stakeholder data needs evolve.
- Design automated reporting solutions to track business metrics and overall business health using BI tools like Looker for data consumers.
- Conduct regular analysis of large-scale data sets to uncover opportunities to improve overall sales, inventory management, and yield strategies.
- Maintain data quality and cleanliness for consistent and accurate reporting.
- Create data literacy documentation and training materials to empower users to leverage self-service reporting tools at their disposal.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative field highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience using data and analysis to drive business outcomes.
- Possesses excellent SQL skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets
- Experience with Python.
- Experience creating and maintaining dashboards in a visualization BI tool. Looker experience is a plus.
- Skilled in synthesizing detailed analysis into clear narratives, facilitating strategic discussions across technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in advertising technology is a plus.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $78,016.35 - $117,024.52
Additional Range: This job can be performed in New Jersey with a Pay Range of $78,016.35 - $128,726.98
