You will contribute to the design and development of advanced DoD, international, and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) ATC systems alongside our experienced hardware engineering team.

You will be accountable for researching and selecting COTS hardware solutions, ensuring they meet stringent performance and reliability standards.

You will demonstrate your creativity in electronics packaging design using 3D CAD modeling and thermal analysis, ensuring robust and efficient solutions.

You will participate actively in engaging design discussions and reviews, where your insights will shape the evolution of our ATC systems.

You will drive innovation through detailed design documentation, updates, and releases, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.

You will spearhead prototyping and lab integration efforts, applying your hands-on expertise to bring concepts to life effectively.

You will resolve hardware challenges, manage supplier transitions, and address customer requests with confidence and proficiency.

You will support production activities, including potential travel up to 10% to suppliers and/or to the Merrimack, NH Manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth processes and high quality outcomes.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Experience with PTC CREO (modeling and drawing) and Windchill (PDM).
-
Technical experience through prior internships or work experience.
-
Some prior leadership experiences.

Willingness and ability to support occasional domestic travel and potential international travel.
-
Eligibility/Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
