Our Digital Technology (DT) organization ensures that Raytheon teams across the globe can communicate, collaborate, and innovate for customer success. As a Raytheon Digital Technology (DT) Program Digital Services (PDS) Advanced Technology Section Manager, you will collaborate and partner with a diverse cross-section of DT, engineering, cybersecurity, and program leadership partners, in support of one of the Advanced Technology Strategic Business Unit based in Tewksbury, MA.
What You Will Do:

Develop and lead a high-performing team aligned with our Raytheon vision, strategy, values, and behaviors.

Partner closely with peer groups to enable flawless DT service delivery, and technology insertion / evolution.

Assign and monitor projects and tasks.
-
Manage and record employee performance.
-
Create and submit periodic status reports and accomplishments to the next level of leadership.
-
Onsite work environment that will require daily onsite support presence. Attend annual conferences and team meetings as required.

What You Will Learn

To Administer time reporting, training, recruiting, orientation, and onboarding of new employees.

Manage annual operating plan (AOP) for the local team DT scope.

How to perform workforce planning and resource management.

Project / program management success.

Cybersecurity best practices

Develop and communicate a business case for investment to senior management and executive audiences.

Partner with program stakeholders, external DoD customers, and overall relationship excellence.

Knowledge of complex issues, develop effective solutions, and drive to timely resolution.

How to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks and initiatives.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience.

Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Experience with Digital Technology (DT), Information Technology (IT) System Administration duties.

Experience managing, supervising, or leading a team in technology environments.
Qualifications We Prefer:
-
Experience with DFARs, CMMC, RMF, DAAPM, and JSIG requirements and controls.

Experience with Tactical or Fielded Products and Systems HIGHLY desired.

Experience in MS Windows and Linux OS Operating environments.
-
Experience with workforce planning and resource management highly valued.

Technical Acumen – Experience with the technologies within the DT space, and keen knowledge of at least one functional partner (Engineering, Operations) area working practices. Experience in leading the delivery of technical capability (SW/HW Dev, DT Operations, etc.) within a program environment.

Experience with cyber and compliance hardening, process controls, and risk management.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
