Job Title: State Farm Team Member (Remote)
Location: 100% Remote
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused State Farm Team Member to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients by addressing their inquiries, coordinating with Underwriting and Claims departments, and assisting with premium payment questions. This position offers comprehensive training for the required Life & Property Casualty Insurance licenses, with preference given to candidates who have prior State Farm experience, a current State Farm LSA Agreement or equivalent designation, and current licensing. Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide support and answer questions regarding policies, claims, and premium payments.
- Collaborate with Underwriting and Claims teams to resolve client issues and facilitate smooth processing.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance coverage and options.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Stay informed of State Farm products, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and licensing programs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to obtain Life & Property Casualty Insurance licenses (training provided and paid for).
- Previous State Farm experience is a plus.
- Current State Farm LSA Agreement or equivalent designation is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high degree of accountability.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a strong advantage.
- Proficient in using computer systems and remote communication tools.
- A Background Check is required
