Systems and Network Administrator Requirements:
- Full-time required in-office hours, Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm (This position is in-office only.)
- Minimum four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Windows servers, desktop products, and networked printers/copiers.
- Microsoft Cloud, Entra and Hybrid Experience.
- Strong background in security tool management and configuration experience.
- Experience with SQL Server and database Technologies
- Problem solving and basic data management skills.
- Experience managing VDI environments preferred.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to help others.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Local travel to Baltimore City area sites may occasionally be required.
Systems and Network Administrator Position Skills:
- Establish and manage network and domain administration, access and identity management, and information security requirements. Exchange, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Entra administration and oversight.
- Establish network and domain stability by evaluating network performance issues assessing availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
- Ensure end user productivity and access by providing support and training to end user population of how to access technical resources, work with security tools, and perform their work using IT managed systems and networks.
- Plan and execute the documentation, selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment while defining network policies and procedures. Firewall and security tool configuration and management.
- Maintain network, domain and cloud performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting network or domain problems, and escalating problems to vendor. Monitor and maintain site-to-site communications and connectivity.
- Upgrade or updates network infrastructure by conferring with vendors, developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements. Utilize strong security baselines and frameworks to develop and maintain secure environments.
- Manage small to medium sized projects according to agreed upon budgets, and schedules. Including oversight of vendor based projects and workloads.
- Assist with technology planning through ongoing research.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Monitor, report, and escalate security incidents through the review of SIEM logs and monitoring tools.
- Maintain phone system administration and minor updates.
- Maintain performance and completeness of all system updates for Windows, and security software.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
