Job Description:
Collaborates on the day-to-day operations with field support teams and staff to ensure an appropriate level of support and good machine performance to satisfy customer requirements.
What you will do:
• Determining and scheduling appropriate support requirements for a region or area and participating in negotiating service level agreements.
• Identifying and addressing the training and development needs of project managers and team staff.
• Collaborating with sales and product development teams to develop and execute an effective sales strategy for each new business opportunity.
• Taking ownership of customer issues and requirements and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.

Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
Consulting: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.
Effective Communications and Relationship Management: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
Field Support: Knowledge of and experience with providing post-sales support; ability to support maintenance of hardware products.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
English Advanced
Experience in mining operations and product support
Ability to manage key operational KPIs
Technical knowledge of mining equipment
Top candidates will also have:
Additional Information:
• This position will be on-site/minesite, depending on business needs.
• Travel required: 50%.
