Amentum has a great opportunity as a Senior Distance Learning Technician J7 that is available for immediate hire in Ft. Huachuca, AZ
As a Distance Learning Technician, your role may include using audio/visual equipment, Adobe Creative Cloud, audio processing software and hardware, sound booths, and Adobe Captivate authoring software, and working in a government approved LMS, potentially Blackboard or Moodle.
· Success in this role requires close partnership with course directors, the Instructional Designers, and various other stakeholders in the organization, the ability to develop an understanding of the course learning requirements, and ongoing education regarding the process, products, and platforms utilized to perform the job/ responsibilities to be trained.
· Keys to success in this position are the ability to build relationships with course leadership and coworkers, effectively manage stakeholder requests, lead with a collaborative approach, and utilize progressive instructional design and facilitation techniques to deliver training that engages participants with measurable outcomes for increased knowledge and improved performance.
· Candidates must be self-motivated, and able both work closely with stakeholders and team members, but also be able to work with minimal supervision.
· Requirements
· At least three years’ experience working in Adobe Captivate
· At least 1 year experience working with a Learning Management System
· Experience using the ADDIE process preferred

5.2.12 Advanced Concepts: Learning and Content Management
The Contractor shall provide leadership and management support of advanced concepts, simulations and technology, research and studies, and training strategies for HT-JCOE J7. The Contractor shall:
· Support the consolidating and reporting of issues and actions related to content management.
· Support the consolidating and reporting of issues and actions related to training software packages, programs, applications, and document libraries.
· Support the consolidating and reporting of issues and actions related to Learning and Content Management Systems.
· Support the development, collection, deployment and management of pre- surveys, post surveys (level 1), post-graduation assessment program evaluation surveys (level 3); tabulate, compile and process survey results.
· Support the development and maintenance of the J7 SharePoint content, workflows, and support functions for Government approval.
· Create and edit staff and course documents, presentations, and briefings for Government approval.
· 5.2.13 Distance Learning
· The Contractor shall:
· Maintain and update existing IMI and CBT used to enhance training primarily utilizing Adobe Captivate and DoD approved Leaning Management System.
· Conduct instructional analysis of course POIs; conceptualize, design, and develops new IMI based on specific course and Area of Concentration (AOC) requirements; provides training to instructors and students on the use of all products.
· Convert and supplement existing MSO, Management, and Analytical course content into Level 1 through Level 2 Interactive Multimedia Instruction, assessments, and other products; determine the most effective method to best present and portray the subject matter to meet the training objectives and requirements of the course and to engage the learners and instructors.
Test, troubleshoot, deploy, and implement developed products on the Blackboard Learning Management System and other platforms and applications
Compensation Details:
$57,000 - $62,000
