Description:You will be the Project Engineer Senior Staff for the F‑22 Communication, Navigation and Identification team within the Business Operations organization for Engineering & Technology which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge capabilities to the F‑22 platform.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Engineer Senior Staff you will be responsible for leading cross‑functional project teams across production operations, program management, and chief engineering stakeholders to deliver high‑impact solutions for the F‑22 CNI hardware.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the Combat Systems project engineer for the F‑22 CNI Hardware Team.
- Coordinate with Development, Production Readiness, and Sustainment CNI Hardware Teams to identify, track, and mitigate program‑risk items.
- Lead and manage projects addressing Combat Systems and Air Vehicle issues impacting the F‑22 CNI Hardware systems.
- Manage Engineering Contracts related to Production (EVMS performance, Integrated Master Plans, and Integrated Master Schedule).
- Prepare and brief leadership on project and contract status.

• Experience with contract management: scope, budget, risk, schedule, and Earned Value Management System (EMVS) principles.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
