Key Account Manager - Slovakia
What does a successful Key Account Manager do?
The Key Account Manager will hunt and sign new enterprise merchants primarily within Slovakia but also across EMEA for the Carat from Fiserv business. The role will also involve managing relations with existing clients and offering new products from our sales portfolio. You will grow Carat from Fiserv market share through the successful execution of the full cycle of new sales and cross-sell activities.
What You Will Do
- Identify and sign new sales opportunities, as well as manage relationships with existing clients and offer new products by cross sale activities
- Grow top line revenue across EMEA by selling Fiserv’s Enterprise offering (“Carat”), covering merchant acquiring, terminals, gateway and a wide range of value-added services
- Focus on target segments which are Retail, Grocery, QSR, Hospitality, Mobility, Gaming/Gambling & Financial Services with an omnichannel and pan-EMEA orientation, including Merchants, ISVs and Payment Facilitators, looking to enter card acquiring or to upgrade their current acquiring capabilities
- Manage and develop relations with existing clients and cross-sell of new products
- Develop and execute detailed go to market strategies that deliver business growth and incremental revenue to Fiserv; as well as develop and refine pricing models and contract frameworks.
What You Will Need To Have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the merchant acquiring industry
- A solid understanding of payments technology – specific familiarity with omnichannel platforms, gateways & terminals
- Ability to successfully manage sales deals through the sales process, negotiation, and contract signature,
- Strong communication and negotiation skills delivering deal wins and fostering long-term client and partner relationships; as welll as strong business analysis and financial acumen
- Ability to navigate and manage relationships within and across large, multi-cultural organisations
- Fluent English and Slovak (other languages advantageous).
