Global Finance Services Division (GFSD) has an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager supporting Indirect Services as a Risk and Compliance Professional. This role will manage the audit lifecycle activities for risk-based audits, work with the team on pre-audit readiness, provide communications on learning, and review internal controls. This role will work closely with leaders within the Indirect Procurement business, Corporate Accounting and other members within the compliance community.
What You Will Do:
- Interact with a global and diverse team to partner on deeper insights and solve challenges with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Provide strong leadership and independence in reviewing findings, monitoring and validating action plans, and ensuring sustainable solutions are implemented.
- Development and maintenance of internal controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control documentation as well as control completion and testing.
- Work with the legal team on legal and regulatory topics including assisting business partners data privacy assessment completion and Third Party Intermediary (TPI) screening.
- Facilitate the audit lifecycle activities in support of IAAS internal audits, including coordination with internal audit and the business.
- Direct and participate in the risk and compliance education, ensuring ongoing and follow up education including regulations, policies, procedures, and trends.
- Provide visibility of compliance issues/concerns to the Division CFO and Procurement VP.
- Influence our compliance culture by demonstrating and training on desired behaviors.
- Overseeing and evaluating the activities of the accounting staff, and providing for their professional development; analyzing and solving accounting problems.

What Will Set You Apart:
- Strong internal controls experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance related discipline
- Demonstrated success and progression in previously held Accounting or Finance roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and executive presence with the ability to collaborate and partner with peers and leadership
Additional Information:
Location: Peoria, IL
This role requires 5 days a week in office

Summary Pay Range:
$147,760.00 - $221,640.00
