We are searching for the best talent for Sr Supervisor, Strategic Source to Contract
Purpose:
The Sourcing Team Lead Coordinator, Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the Service Delivery Procurement Source-to-Contract organization delivers results in support of Global Services, OneProcurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives. The role works directly with the business, category teams, and the broader function. Additionally, you contribute to and/or own the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting cases, and other critical functional activities.
You will be responsible for:
• Supervises a team of individual contributors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and achievement of team goals within expected standards.
• Supervises & conducts the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and other contract terms negotiation, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management activities. Delivers against defined Service Levels.
• Partners with Category Procurement teams, Legal, Compliance, IT, Security, and other relevant functions to align sourcing and contracts with category strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with multiple departments in the development and execution of strategies and plans that improve the organization’s profitability and competitive position, utilizing market intelligence, risk assessments, and total cost projections.
• Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas of responsibility.
• Support development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements, prioritize, test, and roll out enhancements.
• Create Value by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key business partners and leadership across regions in scope with a view to proactively understanding and constructively influence their needs and expectations, secure cross-functional alignment.
• Change management: training, coaching, and upskilling teams on new digital tools and processes
• Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree is required.
An MBA or further advanced degree is preferred.
Experience and Skills
Required:
• 5-7 years of Source to Contract, Procurement, Legal, or other relevant business experience.
• Contract negotiation experience.
• Compliance and regulatory knowledge.
• Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills: Should be regarded as a constructive player representing Source-to-Contract and overall procurement in various teams within the company and outside. Should have the requisite communication skills to communicate & influence objectives and then develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally to achieve them.

• Previous experience leading or coaching others
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is required. Fluency in one other language (written and oral) for the supported region(s) is preferred.
