Join the Contract Processing leadership team as the Vendor Manager for offshore processing. In this role, you will own the day-to-day oversight of Contract Processing suppliers and internal teams, scaling operations in line with the company’s vision and values. Areas of fucus include achieving business plan objectives, ensuring sound business practices that will satisfy quality requirements, hiring and motivating the team, mentoring, and developing leaders, coaching, and counseling employees as needed, minimizing employee turnover, assessing training needs, representing Contract Processing in a professional manner to clients, and driving the team to deliver best in class service.
