Not RequiredCollins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Analyst, Program Manager to support the Commercial Crew Seating business in Colorado Springs. In this role you will own a portfolio of programs on the commercial side of the business with responsibility for cost, schedule, delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (P&L). You will act as the primary program lead for your specific customer base, you will operate in a highly cross-functional environment—leading program execution across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering—while serving as the key customer interface. This position offers significant exposure, accountability, and the opportunity to lead a program without direct people management.
What You Will Do*

Maintains accountability through all phases of the Value Stream life cycle, specifically ensuring the team achieves all deliverable outputs of each phase
-
Leads Integrated Product Team (IPT) for small to medium programs to ensure adherence to program plans, schedules and budgets
-
Responsible for the delivery of products to the plan commitments related to cost and schedule - establishes and ensures adherence to customer delivery targets related to program hardware, and owns the demand plan

Gathers and manages data to monitor program’s progress in terms of cost, schedule, and technical specifications.

Prepares and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the program(s).

Identifies and escalates program problems and supports resolutions to ensure the successful completion of programs.

Partners with various functional organizations to achieve alignment with customer program objectives.

Provides expertise in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, including coordinating preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operational budgets, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts to ensure legal compliance and to protect the organization’s interests.

Works with Value Stream Management, and as necessary, Business Development, to develop and present bids and new proposals using the RTX Lifecycle Program Management process for new business and follow-on programs for existing programs and executes sales strategies

Builds and maintains solid relationships with respective internal and external customers to drive exceptional levels of customer satisfaction

Demonstrates continuous improvement initiatives using CORE Operating System to optimize efficiency and quality

Employs excellent written and communication skills for initiating or responding to customer business issues, including contract content analyses, terms and conditions (T&C) analyses, etc.

Creates and suggests price strategies tailored to specific customer requirements Conducts business in adherence with Collins Aerospace Quality Management System procedures

Ensures compliance with Collins Aerospace EHS and Ethical Policies and with Federal, State and local laws.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
