Job Description As a Third Party Findings Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and tracking issues identified during third party risk reviews to closure. You will make sure findings are documented, assigned, and resolved on time by working closely with internal teams and third party vendors. Essential Functions Perform a review of pre-findings to validate if should be a finding. Work with third party to obtain a remediation plan to close the finding. Update third party risk findings in tracking system. Oversee open findings including following up on progress and keeping findings on track. Ensure deadlines are met and escalate delays when needed. Keep reports and dashboards current for leadership visibility. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's or advanced degree, or equivalent work experience Three to five years of relevant experience in risk management or related fields. Ability to work 11 AM - 7 PM local time Preferred Skills and Competencies Experience in all aspects of the TPRM program and understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory trends impacting financial services. Solid understanding of Risk, Compliance, and Audit principles and practices Knowledge of business line operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks and controls. Effective presentation and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Highly effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience issuing findings and credibly challenging risk assessments and remediation plans for third-party vendors. Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
