Description

What you'll do:

Greet customers, discover their needs, and build value in AT&T wireless, internet, and TV products
Sell new lines, upgrades, accessories, AT&T Internet, Internet Air, and DIRECTV/streaming solutions
Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and attach internet/TV to wireless sales
Complete activations, upgrades, and payments accurately in AT&T systems
Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised according to AT&T standards

What you bring:

1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (wireless or commission sales strongly preferred)
Confidence starting conversations, overcoming objections, and closing
Ability to learn and explain AT&T plans, devices, internet, and TV offers
Willingness to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Pay, schedule, and benefits:

Total hourly earnings range: $25-$55 per hour (base hourly wage plus commission and bonuses, based on individual results)
Full-time role; typical 8-hour shifts with a rotating schedule
