Job Overview
The Region Operations Manager II leads facility remanufacturing operations, overseeing equipment preparation, quality assurance, and distribution across multiple regions and sales centers for CCCI and ERS. The role prioritizes KPI performance, teammate development, continuous improvement, process optimization, and asset protection while driving initiatives that achieve safety, quality, and performance goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads all activities for the remanufacturing operations within a facility including but not limited to managing P&L and KPI’s, identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to optimize performance and productivity, and maintaining asset inventory and parts locations assigned to Region Operation Center
- Drive ERS growth through strategic initiatives that increase volume and revenue while maintaining and building relationships with ERS customers
- Serves as the subject matter expert for remanufacturing operations and primary point of contact for external and internal stakeholders, including but not limited to vendors, suppliers, Sales, Operations, Training, and Human Resources
- Manages the reconditioning of assets through quality control processes to like-new status while ensuring adherence to all company standards, established policies and procedures and the highest quality inspections are performed on all equipment
- Ensures proper parts management to ensure accurate inventory levels by overseeing cycle counts and procurement activities including but not limited to the ordering, and distribution of parts and supplies needed by equipment services personnel
- Collaborates closely with ROC and LOC leaders across the company to align operational standards, share best practices, drive consistency in remanufacturing processes, and support initiatives that improve service, cost, and performance outcomes.
- Maintains a safe working environment by ensuring facility and grounds are cleaned properly; conducting audits to assess cleanliness, and implementing mitigating actions to address any identified opportunities
- Manages, leads, and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training
- Implements continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus, and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Business, Distribution, Inventory Management experience and, or experience in the bottling field
- SAP Preferred Knowledge about the functional operations of the following equipment: vending, cold carton merchandisers, fountain dispensers, ice machines, tea-coffee-juice-frozen beverage dispensers, and refrigeration; electrical and water filtration systems very helpful. (As new systems enter the product-service mix, additional training will be required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and deliver impactful presentations; highly analytical, data driven problem solver with proven success implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Effectively prioritizes tasks for timely completion, and leads change cross-functionally
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Minimum Qualifications
- Equivalent years of experience would be acceptable in lieu of formal education
- Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge acquired through 5 to up to 7 years of work experience
- Four-year degree preferred or 5 to 7 years related experience
